Trashcan Chest

I have searched on the plugins and it shows nothing about a Tashcan Chest.
So Here is a neat and simple explanation on how they would work and additional features to make it better.

As for how to make it I have 2 options that I would like it to work. It could either be 1 or the other, or both!

First Method:
Place sign on chest with first line marked as [Trash], [Trashcan], or [TC]

Second Method:
In the command bar type /tc to enable, left click chest to make it a trash chest.
/tc enables and disables trash mode.


How it works:
Items placed in the chest by a player can be taken back out by the same player. If 2+ players are using the same chest players can not take back out another players trash.
Trash is removed the second you leave the chest menu.


Additional Features:
1. /tc <item>, enables trash mode with special parameters that would make it so selected chests would only remove items specified in the command menu. (it would also be nice to use words to detect what IDs are used instead so I dont need to have Block Id list open while playing)

2. /tc common, something like #1 but makes it so selected chests will remove common blocks. Common blocks like dirt, sand, gravel, ect... The list would be configurable in the files so people can make it fit their needs.
