Trying to find plugin/learn how to do this:

    Is there a plugin out there that retrieves player skins and replaces the "server-icon" with the player's head. I've seen several servers do this and am unsure how.

    Please help!

    they do this by logging the ip address and last username who logged onto it. then they store a cache of images which is sent to the client. You can retrieve the image easily using a website. I think it was minotaur.net or something Derugo
