where did you get this idea ? were you on a server and saw them with this kind of functionality ? that sounds like the case to me... in which case, they probably either have a custom made plugin just for that particular server... Or they have some kind of php code & database to track votes... and dish out rewards based on vote totals. EDIT: you probably want the MySQL logger or the HTTPListener with PHP. then you just gotta add the php code to your website.
