What is wrong with my PEX File?

Me and my friends are creating a prison server and we wrote the perms ourselves. These, for some reason, won't work. Here they are below please could you tell me why they don't work, Thanks.

I made all groups 2 spaces in and I removed all tabs in the file.
Also I fixed negation from - - perm to - -perm

 

It doesnt work

You had 2 permissions sections defined in your a group. I also added brackets to permissions and inheritance lines that didn't have any perms/inheritances after them.

 

Yeah it disables itself

Now the plugin is not even registering as being there
