What plug-ins do you recommend for new survival server?

    Just got our new server up and running. However, before we started inviting people I wanted to get the best plugins you'd recommend. Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

    Essentials, WE, WG, CraftBook maybe?
    Sortal and Skillz also are very cool plugins.

    Defiantly get some sort of permissions...and world edit is nice!

    bPermissions is a nice easy to use Permissions manager deffo. ;)

    For Staff: WorldEdit, WorldGuard, VanishNoPickUp, Log Block
    Players: WordEdit ( for donators maybe?), wordguard, lwc, iconomy, iconomychestshop

    Other: MultiVerse, stargate, herochat, craftbook

    Ok. I've installed iConomy, Skillz, VanishNoPickup, Worldedit, Worldguard, and Chestshop3.
    Now, how do I set them up properly? I am super noobie, but I really appreciate any help.
    I did install bPermissions but then no one could do anything. Obivously, I did something very wrong.
