Where to post a Plugin-Update-Checker (PHP)?

    Hey,

    I've coded / I am coding a little update checker for plugins in PHP and I have no idea in which forum it fits best.
    Any idea?

    PS: To prevent questions: It simply checks the Forum-Page to detect a new version.
