WorldGuard adding People to Region

How do i add someone to build in a region? using it to protect my spawn. i want my builders to build in that area only.

Take a look at the WorldGuard Wiki.
If you add the Player as a member, he is allowed to build.

What's the id mean? I just want my friend MUSTANGxDUDE1919 to be able to build. If you could give me command for that for me that would be awesome.

I gave you the Command. It is in the link.
And the id is the id of your region. You can get it by right clicking with Leather or String (I cant remember, its one of those) in your Region.

Do /region addowner [plot name] [username]

 

The command that DrPyroCupcake is correct, but:
I'd recommend against granting owner permissions to someone, this grants extra permissions to them.
I'd use: /region addmember <region name> [Username]

Just a suggestion.

 

That is the better way of doing things.
