Cannot place or destory blocks in game.

Hi everyone, I have just finished setting up my Minecraft server using bukkit and the only problem I'm having is that no one can place or destroy blocks. Please help. Thank you.

I am using Windows Vista 32 bit and my java version is 1.6.0_24. I am not using any wrappers and I'm using build #700 I believe.

 

I'm having the same problem. I've set myself as an OP, removed spawn protection but I can't place or remove blocks at all. I'm running OSX 10.6.7, Bukkit 733 and Java version 1.6.0_24

Remove all your plugins. Does this still occur?

 

When I remove all my plugins it stops, but all I have is the essentials package.

 

Check line 59 in the essential's config file. Is it set to false?

 

You have found your problem. Either you need to update it, or you need to configure it correctly.

 

I've tried it without plugins, but I still can't place or destroy and blocks
