Is there plugin that will let me give people, pre enchanted items, so like i could give them an level 10 enchanted diamond sword? This would be very helpful! Or if there isn't I would very much appreciate it!

... there is like no information in this post. If you're simply handing them an item yea, go to a table, enchant it, and wala when you hand it to them it is enchanted! It's already in the game, what do you know.

I meant like so you could give them an item for a shop, so if you wanted to sell an sharpness 4 enchanted diamond sword, it would be like /i diamondsword (enchant) something like that

So you want to give players enchanted items with command?
Download Essentials, then /give playername item amount enchantment level
    Example: /give woobie diamondsword 1 sharpness 10

Essentials cant go over the max enchant for the item, but you can download Tim the Enchanter, it allows you to enchant any enchantable item with any enchant up to level 127.
Example: Iron helmet with Knockback 127, Sharpness 99
Enchant the item, and do /invsee playername
Then just give the item to the player.
I can later try to find easier way to do this.

I tried doing /give diamondsword imme333 1 sharpness 10, it said it couldn't, and i used the roman numeral for it X and it didn't work, Im using this for a shop with server signs so it would all need to be in one command, (i have tim :))

As i said, Essentials cant go over the max enchantmet level, Tim the Enchanter isnt hooked up with Essentials, so you cant just do /give playername diamondsword 1 sharpness 100
Ill try to figure out something later, im using my phone atm, and i cant access my computer.

I have this idea, but im not sure if it works.
With SignCommands (or CommandSigns :D) would this work:
    /signcommands line 1 sk load
    /signcommands line 2 take %player% 1000
It loads the starterkit that has enchanted item saved in the kit, and removes 1000 econ coins.

Download Starterkit, and clear your inventory. Take the item you want to enchant and enchant it, then do /sk save
Make sure you have the sword only, becouse it will save your inventory as a kit.
EDIT: This might be bad idea becouse every new player would get the item, ill try to find better kit plugin.

    If you still want this:
It would work with signs. Player punches/right clicks a specific sign and it will give him the item, and take x amount of economy cash from the player.
