Similar to the Essentials tp, it allows players to only tp players in the same multiverse. The same delay part like Essentials would be nice. 4 seconds, before tp and tphere. Commands like /tp, /tpo (in case someone disables tp) and /tpa. Permissions: any really, except op has pwt.tp.use or something. However, there should be a command like /wtp which allows the administrator to tp to that person no matter what world they are in. I don't want a plugin like CommandTPA which doesn't have same features as this. Thanks!

If a player is op or has the permission cmd.bypass they are able to bypass it. You can define the commands you want inside of the config.
