[Resolved]I cant connect to my Minecraft server, but others can

This issue is something i have whenever i try to connect to my Minecraft server.

ive been having the issue a lot of time but now it getting more frequent
Problem:
I start minecraft and sees my server is offline.
I remote connect to the Pc with TeamViewer
I see the server is running
I Use a list command
I see Several of players ingame and playing
I try ask them if the have connections issues and they say Nope
I Refresh my minecraft Server list in the Mc Client And still nothing.

When im at home i have the same issue but can be solved by connecting with the local IP.
The players who play on the server is People around the world and i am also getting the issue when no 1 is on
Even if i restart the server the issue consists

Even Vanilla have this issue

Does it say Communication Error, or does it say cannot resolve hostname? What does it say in your Minecraft server list for your server?

Btw the server do not use spout

 

What computer are you trying to connect on? Have you tried local and public IPs?

 

So i tried over with friends and home,
I do NEVER use the Server to play on or anything else other than the server
Its a stationary, and i use a laptop to play on

 

So you can't connect with either the local IP or the public IP?

Your router probably does not support loop back. My shitty ISP provided router does not - this means I cannot connect to my services on my LAN using my external IP, only my internal.

If users outside your LAN can connect to your external IP, and users inside you LAN can connect to the internal IP, you have no actual problem. If you wish to connect to the external IP, I'd suggest getting a different router - one that supports loopback.

I have the problem because I cant connect to my Server when i'm outside my Network and therefore MUST use the external IP then i cant connect

When im home then no problem
but when im over at a friend, i cant connect <... Magic sentence

my friends net was blocking outgoing Connections and was all in all shity.
I tried using Internet with a Portable USB Internet thingy (i do not know the English word for it) and then i worked flawless)
