your entire error is related to tekkit modification.
issues caused by tekkit belong to tekkit forums.

OK I put craftbukkit in the folder, renamed it Craftbukkit.jar, edited the Run.bat to java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true PAUSE

But now I am getting this error:
    C:/Users/louie/documents/minecraft/tekkit minecraft/new folder>java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true

    C:C:/Users/louie/documents/minecraft/tekkit minecraft/new folder>PAUSE
    Press any key to continue...

I think you mean this: C:\Users\Louie\Documents\Minecraft\Tekkit Minecraft\New folder

Where/how do I post the screenshot on here?

Remove the "pause" from the start line.

Does that mean from the RUN.bat?
I did that and now it wont open

    Pastebin your run.bat please

Also, run the command (from the command prompt):
    java -version

    RUN.bat: http://pastebin.com/kLxWpLgu

When I put java -version in command prompt it comes up with: Error: coul not open 'C:/Program Files/Java/ jr7/lib/amd64/jvm.cfg'

NOTE: I was running a regular minecraft (not tekkit) server earlier today, which was fine, I wanted to go back to my Tekkit Server, which was running perfectly 1 week ago

You have a Java problem, not a CraftBukkit or Tekkit issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Java.

Plus, keep in mind that you should be looking to the Tekkit team for help with Tekkit if you wish to use Tekkit. Tekkit modifies Bukkit in ways we cannot hope to help with.

But do they accept bukkit servers?

Also the other day I changed something to do with the PATH on Computer > Proterties > advanced system setting > environment variables

Maybe that could be the issue?

    Could be.

If you want to run Tekkit.jar, even though Tekkit may be based off Bukkit, we do not know what they modified, and can't properly support it.

Its like running a Ferrari and replacing the engine with a Hyundai Accent motor. You're not going to be able to get Ferrari to fix that.

i think a more accurate analogy would be It's like running a very old, beatup, forsaken Volkswagen left in a junk yard and replacing the engine with a Hyundai Accent motor. You're not going to be able to get Volkswagen to fix that.

    And continued ( to big file for 1 ) : http://pastebin.com/7Smb85QV

    I dont even remember myself
