        If you are running 3.1.6 make sure tracks: is in column 1 and each track starts in column 6 along with the - rank.
        As for the node, it is broken in 3.1.6 - we will have to wait for another version.

        Are you having a problem with the "Specified track does not exist." error? Or, the permissions.promote.<track> node?
