I do not understand java enough to write it, so maybe you want the code to continue it.
I got the code in .txt files in the right maps, so you can copy it over in your java editing program.

Hello, I saw you wanted to update the obbydestroyer, well, I got some source code, its half updated, but the configfile isn't available. So when you use the plugin, you cant edit what you want enabled/disabled and values and things.
