I was also wondering about that NPCSkins you fixed... I don't think it works since all these updates, could you look at it again? If it works it would be one of the best add-on plug-in on bukkit :D
Hey Man, Any chance you could take a look at the following plugin you edited: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/completed-custom-npc-skins-by-crash.31826/page-5 There are a couple of things that have changed, Bukkit Config System has Changed Citizens renamed SettingsManager to Settings Spout uses SpoutPlayer instead of AppearanceManager now Cheers
